Evale: from a pile of resumes to a shortlist you can explain

Evale is our AI tool for hiring. You can see it at evale.broadvaleai.com.

The problem

One job opening can bring in hundreds of resumes. Nobody has the time to read them all with care. So good people get missed, and the shortlist often depends on who had time to read what.

Tests do not fix this on their own. Many tests check what a person remembers, not how they work. And today, most real work is done with AI tools close at hand.

What Evale does

Evale helps a hiring team go from a big pile of resumes to a shortlist they can explain.

Evale is not tied to one field. It works for many kinds of jobs, though we tuned it first for software roles.

People decide

Evale ranks and points things out. It does not reject anyone on its own, and it has no hard cut-offs.

If something in a sitting looks unusual, Evale shows it to a person to look at. It never decides on its own that someone cheated. A person makes every hiring decision, and Evale does not replace the final conversation with a person.

Where we are

Evale is live. Two companies are using it today in a pilot.

If you hire people and this sounds useful, we would be glad to show it to you.
